We put this quick craft together for a pop-up art station at Periwinkle Fox’s Anniversary Party. It was such a fun day celebrating them!

Supplies

White Cardstock
Green Cardstock
Giant Green Popsicle Sticks
Paint Sticks
Mini Cupcake Liners
Glue Sticks
Scissors
Pencil

Directions

  • First: Draw out a simple flower on the white cardstock and cut out. Do the same on the green cardstock for the leaves. I folded the sheets so I could at least cut out 2 at a time!

  • Next: Color your flowers with the paint sticks. We love paint sticks so much. They’re vibrant in color but not as messy as true paint.

  • Then: Time to glue! Attach your flower and leaves to the popsicle stick with a paint stick. Add on a mini cupcake liner too. A lot of kids just wanted to play with the cucpcake liners. There’s definitely another craft idea or sensory bin in there somewhere.

  • What a pretty flower you now have to brighten up anyones day!
